WHO WE ARE

InternationalVacation.com Inc. is a privately held company based in Dallas, Texas that was founded in 1994. The company provides travel solutions to consumers and suppliers worldwide through marketing and reservation services to independently owned hotels and resorts through its proprietary distribution channels.

The Company's approach to representing a hotel or resort is not "cookie cutter" but is addressed to the specific property's needs and its position in the market.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

The Company has processes and products in place to provide hotel and resort clients the opportunity for incremental room sales. These include:

• GDS - Global Distribution System. This provides connectivity to travel agencies worldwide through the four existing channels-Sabre, WorldSpan, Apollo-Gallileo and Amadeus.
• IDS- Internet Distribution System. This provides connectivity directly to consumers through travel sites including Travelocity, Expedia and TravelNow, etc.
• Call Center. The Company operates a call center that provides live operators twenty-four hours a day seven days a week for consumers, travel agents and hotel clients.
• Proprietary Websites. The Company maintains several websites to facilitate the sale of its hotel clients' product directly to consumers. It also has the expertise to create or upgrade a property's website and provide it with a booking engine to generate on-line direct sales.

Our team consists of a small group of motivated professionals with extensive hospitality, marketing, general management and information technology experience whose mission is to provide consumers and suppliers with travel solutions in an innovative, effective and ethical manner.
